My Step-by-Step Guide to Manifesting
Flow with natural laws. Let your intuition guide you. Align with your innermost desires by focusing your energy, thoughts, and feelings on what you wish to see materialise in your life. Align with the Real you, your Higher Self; the frequency of gratitude is one you can use to raise your vibrations and connect with Source.
The constant battle with self-doubt. The everlasting distractions and the noise of a fast-moving existence. The lack of flow. The sense of isolation and disconnection from all that surrounds us. The imaginary race which we never chose to run. The loss of identity to the demands of the controllers. The restlessness and the fear. Oh, fear! Yes, the fear!
Fear is a Habit
It didn’t matter how things were going, good, bad, normal, so so, great, amazing. In the past, I always had this nagging feeling of fear, a knot on my chest, a vague yet clear voice whispering, “watch out, something is going to go wrong in a minute now” Fear mixed in with guilt of who knows what.
I held on to it. If I didn’t have that feeling of fear mixed with bits of guilt here and there, or if I didn’t hear that vague yet clear voice at least once a day, it didn’t feel like it was me.
Could I have suddenly been someone else?
Fear of what? You might ask, fear of underachieving, fear of overachieving, fear of not having enough money, fear of not reaching my multiple goals, fear of speaking, fear of not speaking, fear of not paying the bills, fear of paying the bills, fear of not being able to afford the things I want. Fear of putting on weight, fear of growing old, fear of losing love, of forsaking love. Fear of my teenage children. Fear of what people think of me, fear of what people say about me or to me. Fear of not being a good friend, or not being a good sister, not being a good daughter. Fear of not making an impact, fear of being insignificant, fear of dying and being forever forgotten in the history of nothing.
In our society, fear is no longer a feeling, much less a thought. Fear is a habit. A habit deeply engraved in our psyche, claiming a permanent place in our hearts. Deceiving us into believing that is a perfectly normal state of being needed for safe survival.

The fact is that the things I feared do not exist. Some were irrelevant abstract thoughts. Crazy-thinking, in other words. So, one day I said: It’s time to let go of fear. I’m going to rest, flow, let go and focus on what I love.
All the ills of modern society can be solved with literally 3 words. No 3 words but rather 3 states of being: Rest, flow, let go and then focus on what you love.
Persistence is Energising
When you want to shape a muscle or make your body perform in a particular way, you train. You don’t do it once or twice; you persist until your body looks or behaves the way you envisioned.
When you want to quit an unhealthy habit or pick up a healthy one. You persist day by day, sticking to what you want. But you don’t do it once or twice; you repeat it daily until your desired behaviour becomes a habit and replaces the old bad habit. The new habit is now second nature to you.
I practice rest, flowing and letting go. Then I focus on what I love daily. Try this for effortless manifesting. Have a few seconds or minutes of bliss by stopping and becoming conscious of your thoughts and feelings. Rest, flow, let go and then focus on what you love.
Whenever you notice fear in you, acknowledge it. Confront it by kindly saying: “Thank you for your intentions to protect me, but I don’t need you”. Then kiss it goodbye and carry on with your day.
Persistence is Powerful
Persist with rest and flow. When I say persist, I’m not, by any means, talking about hard work, incredible effort, or long hours of pain and agony. Persistence starts with a firm decision backed up by feeling and belief. A decision that is final and that remains unchanged and unchangeable. You decide to see your dreams, visions, and desires come true, no matter how big or how small. You make a decision not to let fear run your life.
Rest, flow, let go and focus on what you love.
Persistence starts in your mind, but then it spreads to your heart and becomes exciting deep knowing. That firm and strong thought force, now a feeling of knowing, that starts to become soaked in Joy, directs inspired actions and transforms your life effortlessly.
Enjoy becoming who you are.
Allow yourself to rest peacefully, both physically and mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Allowing means relaxing, believing, expecting with joy, unwavering trust and faith, and knowing that everything you want is yours and on its way to you. This ‘knowing’ is power. Offer no resistance to your power. Offer no resistance in the form of negative thinking, doubt or fear. But instead, let yourself Be.
Don’t criticise yourself. Be patient with yourself. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Let yourself be. All of it. Ease yourself into who you want to be because, as a matter of fact, that’s who you are. It is your destiny. A journey without distance. No one can stop you from being You.
Relax and enjoy the flow. Focus on what you love.
The main part of Manifesting all you desire is knowing that you already have it all; you were Created with everything, believe it or not. Go with the flow of your heart; go within you. Remember that you are a Soul.
Align with the fulfilment of your desires aligning with yourself. Align with your dreams by pouring positive thoughts and feelings on them as often as possible.
Let go of negative thoughts, feelings and fear. Make room for silent contemplation of all you love.
And don’t be alarmed by the initial uneasiness in your new-found bliss. Sometimes transformation implies becoming someone else:
A different you.

- Raise your vibrations often: There are so many ways.
- Train your mind to affect your subconscious: Use your thoughts to your advantage.
- Write down what you want. Be specific.
- Know that the moment you Desire it, you have created it. Everything is Energy.
- Don’t forget your supernatural aid. Help and support are always available. Your celestial Team is reachable on demand. Invoke your angels and guides.
- Know that you have already got it all. You were born with all. It’s done. Feel it coming. It’s just a matter of learning to access it.
- Your subconscious mind communicates whatever is in your conscious mind to the universal flow, which delivers.
- Knowing that you already have all. You manifest by focusing your intent on your Desires and Creations.
- How? by genuinely feeling in your body, you have all you want. Imagine the feeling and then experience it.
- How: visualise, feel ask yourself how it feels to have this. And your subconscious will answer. Go to the invisible to dream of where you have all you want in meditation, observe yourself there, feel yourself there, stay there for as long as possible, feeling how it feels to have it all.
- You already have this now. You access it by allowing it to come to you with patience, self-kindness and self-love.
Resting, Flowing, Letting go and Focusing in what you love will make manifesting easy.
