Instant Conscious Connection with Your Soul – Dance

Dance your Dreams into Reality Connect with your Divinity

One of my favourite ways to manifesting all the beautiful things and experiences I desire is by dancing my heart’s desires into reality.

I play my music; my best tunes, songs really get me excited and get me going in a free creative mind flow. You know the ones. Then I dance to the pure rhythm of my soul while I feel how my heart beats in unison with the Earth and the Universe, and I start visualising. However, the visualisation is more a sensation, a feeling, a state of being. A sense of freedom and of power. A sense of unity with the whole of creation. I can feel my pure vibration expand in all directions. My frequency rises unstoppably. Limitless and free.

When I dance with passion, I evoke great joy infused with empowering thoughts and emotions of bliss and success, unity, unlimited potential, love and laughter.

Dreaming it, seeing it, feeling it, believing it and dancing to it. Passionately moving to the moving images of my unique creation. I “see” the music in the colours and the shapes of my dreams.

In moments like this, it is evident that we can make our life a masterpiece. We can consciously create anything we want, with our will and our human superpower, to instantly turn thoughts into vibrational existence. That vibration and the joy it evokes is evidence of manifestation. After all, the main reason you desire the thing you wish is because of how it makes you feel. Good.

When we dance wholeheartedly, we free our mind. We feel good instantly.

While dancing in the presence of our inner being, our inner light, our frequency, and our intention blend in with the rhythm of the drums, the thrust of the hip, and the catch of the breath.

We temporarily forget and release everything that keeps us bound to time, space and this physical reality; we give it all away. Yet, at the same time, we let go of the imaginary control—the control of our existence.

In life, we hold on to this control, feeling it will keep up safe and growing, yet we don’t realise that obsessive control over life’s unfolding blocks us from genuinely expanding and reaching our full potential as human beings.

The moment we let go, a doorway towards the most fulfilling expression of who we really are opens and unleashes our true power. This happens instantly when we dance with passion and abandonment. Watch your frequency rise.

We create our reality with our desires fuelled with positive emotion followed by effortless, inspired action.

Letting go of the “control” means that we stop trying to micromanage the Universe to help us manifest. However, we must remain intentional. Always looking at our end game. Sensing our desires materialising.

We manifest by living our dreams from the heart, from the moment of inception, the moment we desire something, we have created it. All that’s left to do is enjoying the creative unfolding of it; this is “the art of allowing.”

The Art of Allowing is most Vibrant when we Dance.

We physically let go of blockages, express ourselves to our heart’s content, flow, create, and follow plenty of “instant” inspired action. This, to me, is the most exquisite manifesting cocktail served in the language of our soul.

Have you ever wondered why do we dance? Now you know. It is an instantaneous connection with your soul.

The Origins of Dance

‘You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness.”

Psalm 30:11

“The importance of Dance in religious and magical gatherings is probably older than its use for recreation and entertainment. There is little doubt in many scholars mind that for the primitive man, Dance was integrated with everyday activity expressing every kind of conceivable emotion, from the hunter dancing around his prey, to the prospect of war against another tribe and to the ritual ceremonies. Performed in dedication to God.”

In “A History of Dance Through the Ages” essay the author exposes the idea that:

“This spiritual, natural form of communication that connects us with the Earth and the divine has been lost due to industrialisation; dance has become a commercial form of communication.”

Dance is the way our ancestors communicated with the divine. It was fundamental for healing, spirituality, connecting with nature and worship; we have evidence that the use of Dance in religious and magic gatherings far outdates the industrialisation of Dance.

In biblical societies, dancing was used as an expression of joy, gratitude and the nurturing of our connection with the divine.

In the Bible, Dance is said to play a prominent role in communication and the expression of emotions to the divine. Thus, like other historical religions, dancing was used to communicate with the divine.

Ancient dancing across the world, from Greek mythology to oriental dancing, was sacred. It served as a meditative element and a way of interaction between people and their God. In many of these cultures, dancing provides one of the most effective and personal methods of expression and communication.

When we dance, we can express our feelings without saying a word. For me, dancing starts as a fun impulse, but it quickly turns into a prayer.

Tribal Dance

Dancing is a way of life in tribal communities; each tribe has its own unique dance traditions, which are part of everyday life. For example, in some secret societies in Africa, a special initiation dance is known only to its members. When new members learn the Dance, they are ready to join the secret community.

Dancing is an instant connection with your soul and the with One Consciousness.

“Movements became both my medicine and my meditation. Having found and healed me in its wild embrace, I became a mapmaker for others to follow, but not in my footsteps, in their own. So many of us are looking for a beat, something solid and rooted where we can take refuge and begin to explore the fluidity of being alive, to investigate why we often feel stuck, numb, spaced-out, tense, inert, and unable to stand up or sit down or unscramble the screens that reflect our collective insanity.”

Dancing is Spiritual

Every art has its mystery, its spiritual rhythm. – D. T. Suzuki

Dance is a path to the real you—your eternal being. Through dancing, you can transcend time and space while your heart beats in unison with Mother Earth and the Universe.

When I dance, my soul expands across the cosmos and blends in with the rest of creation in the presence of The Creator.

Dance, when spiritually transformed, can be the ultimate surrendering to the bliss and the miracle of life. With Dance comes pure presence and ecstasy.

Some have described Dance as a soul journey to freedom by releasing the heart, mind and body.

Dancing is Magic

Belly Dancing puts women directly in touch with the power of feminine energy. Many women embrace their sexuality and have greater acceptance of their bodies after belly dancing.

An ancient form of sacred Dance is Trance Dance, shamanistic tribal healing performed to the drumbeat.

Dancing freely, letting our soul lead, through trance dance, or any heartfelt dance for that matter, we connect with the primal energy of life, and we can access creative states of bliss, inner freedom and expansiveness. Thus, leading to a confidence boost and self-reassurance in our unique life path expression of self.

“We dance to fall in love with the spirit in all things, to wipe out memory or transform it into moves that nobody else can make because they didn’t live it. We dance to hook up to the true genius lurking behind all the bullshit — to seek refuge in our originality and power to reinvent ourselves, shed the past, forget the future, and fall into the moment feet first. Remember being fifteen, possessed by the beat, by the thrill of music pumping loud enough to drown out everything you’d ever known?”

Gabrielle Rot

Dancing connects us with our infinite being.

The communion of dancing

Imagine the energy of thousands of souls dancing together in one space as one.

We need to live more from our power from our source from love from our hearts, smile at life more with the heart, be in the presence of our inner being more from the power of your soul.

There’s no better way to being here and now than when you dance.

“The beat is a lover that never disappoints and, like all lovers, it demands 100% surrender. It has the power to seduce moves we couldn’t dream. It grabs us by the belly, turns us inside out and leaves us abruptly begging for more. We love beats that move faster than we can think, beats that drive us ever deeper inside, that rock our worlds, break down walls and make us sweat our prayers. Prayer is moving. Prayer is offering our bones back to the Dance. Prayer is letting go of everything that impedes our inner silence. God is the Dance, and the Dance is the way to freedom, and freedom is our holy work.”

Movement

Dance has a wide range of physical and mental benefits, including the improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.

The body plays an integral part in our emotions, our ability to learn, and our relationships’ success. In addition, our bodies are attached to our thought processes, understanding and decision making.

Mind, body and soul are one. Therefore, movement profoundly affects not only our body but also our mind and spirit.

What Is Movement? Movement is Essential for optimal health and living.

Movement is vibration. The Universe vibrates. Through Dance, we can connect the frequency, the spiritual aspect of Dance.

Movement is ancient. The action of moving was and is more, and I dare say better than exercise. The movement came first. Hunting and gathering, dancing around the fire, walking, climbing, running, jumping, crawling, lifting, swimming, fighting, having sex. Movement keeps us healthy.

More and more of us realise that we need more than exercise for aesthetic reasons alone; we even need more than so-called “functional training”. We need movement.

What is movement for you?

For me, it is all about being in the present, enjoying the moment. Enjoying what you are doing. Movement for movement’s sake.

How does Dance happen

Dancing covers different areas of self-realisation. It often begins as fun and creative self-expression through movement. However, it becomes a more profound and meaningful experience when we start dancing with intention and consciously.

Soon, we are taken to a place of “no-thought”, a meditative state.

When I dance to my heart’s content, I feel detached from time and space while fully present here and now. This is the perfect state for heightened intuition, creative Consciousness and manifesting our own realities. When our thoughts fuelled by our emotions turn to dreams manifested. Dancing can be deeply spiritual and a powerful tool for manifesting.

The Spiritual Benefits of Dance

From mind to heart, the trance like nature of dancing turns to the prayer, the faith, the reassurance and the confidence that we have achieved all that we desire.

Dance connects us with others. When we dance, we directly connect with everyone and everything around us; without necessarily needing to process it through the mind first. We are individually present, and we are also universal at the same time. It’s an Instant connection with the one Consciousness that we are all.

Sacred Dance

“Again, I will build you, and you will be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel! Again you will take up your tambourines, And go forth to the dances of the merrymakers”

Jeremiah 31:4

Sacred Dance goes as far as the beginning of time. All cultures maintain some type of Sacred Dance, even if unaware.

Have you ever asked yourself why do you feel that strong urge to dance?

I’ve always known that our spirit leads us into prayer, a prayer without words, a prayer through movement. This is due to the desire to express the divinity that we are.

Our soul knows that dancing is a way to ensure and maintain our connection to Mother Earth and the cosmos, as well as our higher self, consciously or unconsciously.

Dance has been purposely industrialised so that it loses its spiritual meaning and its healing effects.

Dancing Promotes Healing

“And David was dancing before the Lord with all his might, and David was wearing a linen ephod.”

2 Samuel 6:14

When we dance, we can intentionally or unintentionally channel healing energy and release negative, suppressive or disempowering energy as we reach deeper and deeper into our spirit to come face to face to acknowledge who we really are: All-powerful, eternal and everlasting souls, the pure light of creation.

Multiply that by thousands of people dancing together to the same beat at any given time and space.

Especially now, at present times, when the human race is ascending to a higher dimension of bliss and unconditional love. We are the most powerful now. Now that we are freeing ourselves from fraudulent slavery and stripping the evil entities that have broken universal natural laws out of this planet for good.

Our spirits are expanding. We, the awakening, the lightworkers, are rising our planet’s frequency and vibrations and keeping it high to help usher humanity onto a new Earth, vibrationally. In this transition to an era of unconditional love and human empowerment through our subconscious minds, there is no space for lower vibrational frequencies. We are humans. We have inherited the Earth.

We are moving from darkness into the light. It is a great awakening. In this awakening, many are realising our unlimited power for creating the world and the life we want. We finally understand that we only need to desire and live with passion with unwavering faith and positive emotions to have all our dreams come true.

Some of us are experiencing all kinds of, what before now would have been thought of as superpowers, yet now we know it is nothing but our true nature.

Because we are FREE. Their time is up, and we are on!

We also see what was concealed before. As we ascend to the fifth dimension, we are now clearly seeing the actions of those who seek to continue to oppress humankind, and we are seeing how they’ve conned us into slavery, and we are breaking FREE.

 Let’s Dance. We are One.

Now I understand; no wonder why they running around like desperate headless chickens trying to continue to force us into compliance and trying to stop us from mingling and having fun. Fun raises our vibrations and the planet’s frequency. Also, let’s not forget that these, let’s say, less-than-good -entities need our powerful energy to feed on. Not our positive energy. Instead, they thrive on negative energy.

The anti-human enemy would love us to keep vibrating low. Would love to us from dancing.

Low vibration is the opposite of what would happen in a good old fashion RAVE party.

Who is coming? Who is FREE to come? We are all FREE. We will be organising it soon. Reply in comments.

We know that the high frequencies arising from a large party of freedom and Joy would cure the world of all fear and brainwashing and would shut the enemy down at once.

One person’s positive vibes can help 5000 people across the planet heal from extreme fear and irrational thinking. No matter where they are, one person can bring 5000 others to the same high vibrational level they are in.

Dancing connects us with the planet.

Connecting with Mother Earth is grounding and healing on a intrinsic physical level. The ability to communicate with the cosmic vibrations that surround us promotes healing at all levels. The same applies to musicians in playing or composing music. The musician taps into the earth rhythm or the cosmic vibration and amplifies that wave on his instrument. When dancing, the instrument is our body.

A diversity of waves may resonate through different instruments in the same way waves resonate in different parts of our bodies as we mirror the Earth and cosmic rhythm on ourselves.

Physical Benefits of Dance

Praise Him with timbrel and dancing; Praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe.

Psalm 150:4

The benefits of Dance are unique because Dance uses and strengthens our emotions, cognitive skills, physical abilities and our ability to connect with other humans. Dancing enhances our day to day life. Not only can it be amazing otherworldly great fun, but it is also perfect for your health on every front, including an immense mood booster with “happy hormones” production.

Dance increases the production of the hormone serotonin and decreases dopamine production, causing us to feel good and be more emotionally balanced. As a result, dancing positively affects our quality of life, body image, and mood; it reduces anxiety and depression.

It is a great way to raise the heart rate. It pushes your muscles to work hard; this maintains and improves strength. Moving multiple parts of your body in many different directions helps concentration, focus, coordination, balance, and agility. Most importantly, it aids in the flow of Chi, vital energy, throughout our bodies.

When you let go and begin to let your inner-self lead, you instantly connect with your soul, and through your soul, you connect with all at a consciousness level. Emotionally, Dance is beneficial because it helps release emotions rather than suppressing them. Dance it’s a creative process that brings us joy.

Dance like it is a Prayer because it Is
